The BIG Bang!

I am working on some pieces for my upcoming show. I am tired of doing what I have done for all these years; I feel I really NEED to break out of my comfort zone. I am experimenting with code and generative art. I still draw the subject matter, but based on the chaos principle, the code generates random combinations. I must say, tweaking the code, drawing, testing, etc…it’s really time consuming. I am also waiting for this book to come out link here by Matt Pearson. I am really pumped about it.

Chaos in art REALLY excites me! I never know what I am going to get, and if I don’t like the first – I keep tweaking and trying. I usually hate a lot of what I do; I become so easily frustrated, but for ONCE I am revived. I hope this isn’t a passing phase. I want to really be able to do more with generative art and generative art code.
